A CLEAR JOURNEY, END TO END

From one QR scan to the customer’s own words

Set up a branded business profile, share its QR, collect real feedback and let customers edit a draft before choosing to continue to Google.

First, make it your business.

Only the business owner needs a ReviewDost sign-in.

01

Sign in as the owner

Use Google or an email/password account. Email accounts must verify their address before accessing cloud business data.

02

Save the actual business

Choose the right category and location. Add your brand assets, relevant review topics and the official Google review destination for that branch.

03

Test, then share the QR

Open the saved business QR on a second phone. Check the branding and Google destination, then place a clear invitation where customers can use it.

Read the QR checklist

Then, let the customer lead.

No ReviewDost signup screen is required for the customer journey.

01

Share the experience

The customer chooses a star rating, selects relevant topics and adds details about what went well or could improve. They control what they share.

02

Read and refine the draft

AI shapes the supplied details into an editable English, Hindi or Hinglish draft. When there is little detail, the draft stays simpler rather than inventing an experience.

03

Choose the next step

The customer can copy their approved wording and open Google. They need their own Google account to paste and publish the review. Every rating receives the same choice.

Keep the feedback useful after the handoff

Your owner workspace shows collected feedback and selected-topic trends. Read the actual comments before drawing a conclusion from an average. A Google handoff is an observed click, not a confirmation that a review was published.

Business profiles and feedback are saved in the cloud. Updating a saved profile changes the experience its QR opens. Keep the Google destination accurate and test the QR after changes.
