Start with the correct business review link
Open the Google account that manages your Business Profile. From the profile’s review area, use the option to get more reviews and copy the supplied review link. Google also provides a downloadable QR code on desktop.
Check the business name and location before sharing the link. A general Maps listing and a review destination can open different screens, and each branch needs its own accurate destination.
Choose the journey your QR should open
A direct Google QR takes someone straight to the Google destination. A ReviewDost QR first opens your business’s branded feedback page. Customers can rate the experience, choose topics, add details and refine a review draft.
After reviewing the wording, they can copy the draft and open your official Google link. They decide whether to paste and publish it. ReviewDost does not automatically post on their behalf.
Run a practical print and phone test
Test the actual printed code, rather than only the file on your screen. A crisp dark code on a light background with clear space around it is easier to use. Choose a print size for the intended viewing distance and verify it on more than one phone.
- Scan using a second device that is not signed into your owner workspace.
- Check the profile name, branch, logo and Google destination.
- Test both mobile data and Wi-Fi where customers will use the code.
- Keep feedback and payment QR codes clearly labelled and separate.
- Repeat the test after changing a business’s review destination.
Make the invitation neutral and optional
An invitation such as “Share your experience” leaves the customer in control. Give every rating the same opportunity and let customers respond in their own time. Google’s review policies require genuine experience and prohibit incentives or selectively soliciting positive feedback.
ReviewDost stores your saved business profile in the cloud. You can update its branding and topics from the owner workspace while keeping the same business QR destination. The sample café is illustrative and has no real Google profile attached.
Measure the part of the journey you can observe
Feedback sessions and Google handoff clicks describe activity inside your ReviewDost journey. A click is not proof that a review was posted. Check your Google Business Profile separately to see published reviews.
A QR makes the invitation easier to access. It does not guarantee a review, a particular rating or a search position. Use the feedback to improve the experience people are reviewing.
