What ReviewDost is
ReviewDost helps a business invite feedback through a branded QR journey. Customers describe an actual experience, receive an editable draft and choose whether to continue to the business’s Google review destination. Owners use a separate workspace to manage business profiles and read collected feedback.
The product supports English, Hindi and Hinglish drafts, with questions and topics for different business categories. Its purpose is to make expression easier while leaving the experience and final wording with the customer.
What the product can observe
The workspace can report feedback sessions, collected ratings, selected topics and Google handoff clicks. It does not independently confirm a Google post or replace the business’s Google Business Profile.
Room for mixed feedback
Positive details and improvements can appear together. The same draft-and-handoff opportunity is available across ratings.
A clear final choice
Customers can edit every line, copy their wording and choose whether to publish on Google. ReviewDost does not post automatically.
