Feedback that fits the experience
A guest’s stay can include a smooth check-in, a clean room and an issue that deserves attention. ReviewDost helps guests describe the parts of their stay they experienced. It does not infer breakfast, views, amenities or a room upgrade from the hotel category.
These are starting points. You can customise the topics in your owner workspace; the customer selects what is relevant and can add their own detail.
Choose the right invitation and placement
Make a QR available in the room information folder or with a checkout receipt. Let guests decide when and where to respond. Do not tie the invitation to a room upgrade, discount or a promised positive review.
Use the correct property and location’s QR. Test a printed card with mobile data as well as guest Wi-Fi, especially where captive Wi-Fi portals may interrupt the journey.
Questions that make the feedback useful
- How was check-in or checkout?
- What did you notice about the room and housekeeping?
- Did anything during the stay need attention?
English, Hindi and Hinglish drafts are available. Customers can adjust the wording before copying it and decide whether to continue to your Google review destination.
What a grounded draft can look like
Check-in was quick. The room was clean. Street noise made it hard to sleep.
A possible edited draft
Check-in was quick and the room was clean. Street noise made it harder to sleep, which affected the stay.
The example keeps the supplied positive details and the improvement together. It does not add a recommendation, service or result that was not mentioned.
Turn the feedback into a useful next step
Group comments about housekeeping, noise and arrival experience separately. A recurring concern can guide an operational change, while positive comments show what guests valued. Keep each property’s profile and Google destination accurate.
Guests should leave out room numbers, reservation IDs, travel documents, exact travel plans and the names of other guests.
For search visibility, keep your own website and Google Business Profile complete and accurate. A review draft is not a ranking guarantee.
