Feedback that fits the experience
Patient feedback about a clinic’s experience needs care. ReviewDost can help someone express what they choose to share about communication, scheduling, comfort or waiting time. A draft should not invent a procedure, diagnosis, treatment result or health benefit.
These are starting points. You can customise the topics in your owner workspace; the customer selects what is relevant and can add their own detail.
Choose the right invitation and placement
Offer an optional invitation after the visit through a receipt or follow-up channel. Feedback should remain separate from access to care. Patients choose whether to write, how much to share and whether to continue to Google.
Use a discreet card in reception or a post-visit message. The QR should clearly identify the correct clinic and should not require someone to describe sensitive details at the desk.
Questions that make the feedback useful
- Was the explanation clear to you?
- How was scheduling, reception or waiting time?
- Is there an aspect of the visit you want the clinic to improve?
English, Hindi and Hinglish drafts are available. Customers can adjust the wording before copying it and decide whether to continue to your Google review destination.
What a grounded draft can look like
The explanation was clear. Reception was helpful. I waited longer than expected.
A possible edited draft
The explanation during my visit was clear, and reception was helpful. I waited longer than expected, so shorter waiting times would improve the experience.
The example keeps the supplied positive details and the improvement together. It does not add a recommendation, service or result that was not mentioned.
Turn the feedback into a useful next step
Use feedback about communication and scheduling to improve the visit. A customer’s review is a personal account, not evidence of a clinical result. Keep service claims in your own business information accurate and appropriate.
Patients should avoid diagnoses, medical records, prescription details, identification numbers and information about other patients. The optional notes field is not a secure medical record.
For search visibility, keep your own website and Google Business Profile complete and accurate. A review draft is not a ranking guarantee.
