Feedback that fits the experience

A useful shop review explains a real visit: what the customer looked for, how assistance felt or how checkout went. ReviewDost can shape those details into readable feedback without inventing a purchase, a discount, product quality or a return experience.

These are starting points. You can customise the topics in your owner workspace; the customer selects what is relevant and can add their own detail.

Choose the right invitation and placement

Offer the QR on a receipt or at checkout after the interaction. A customer can choose to respond even if they did not purchase anything. Keep feedback separate from any sales promotion or incentive.

Use a branch-specific QR on the receipt or a small checkout stand. Clearly distinguish it from UPI and other payment codes. Test that the profile name, location and Google destination match the store.

Questions that make the feedback useful

  • What part of the selection or shopping visit stood out?
  • How was assistance, if you asked for it?
  • Was checkout straightforward, or could something be improved?

English, Hindi and Hinglish drafts are available. Customers can adjust the wording before copying it and decide whether to continue to your Google review destination.

What a grounded draft can look like

ILLUSTRATIVE NOTES · NOT A REAL CUSTOMER REVIEW

I found the size I wanted. Assistance was helpful. Checkout took longer than expected.

A possible edited draft

I found the size I wanted and the assistance was helpful. Checkout took longer than expected, so a quicker process would improve the visit.

The example keeps the supplied positive details and the improvement together. It does not add a recommendation, service or result that was not mentioned.

Turn the feedback into a useful next step

Separate comments about selection, staff support and checkout. This makes it easier to spot an issue the store can act on. Avoid interpreting every low rating as a product-quality complaint; read what the customer actually said.

Customers should leave out order numbers, payment details, phone numbers and other private information. They can describe the experience without naming a staff member.

For search visibility, keep your own website and Google Business Profile complete and accurate. A review draft is not a ranking guarantee.
