Feedback that fits the experience
A café visit is more than a star rating. A customer may love their flat white, find the room comfortable and still wait too long for their order. ReviewDost gives those details room to appear together. Your category shapes the optional topics; the customer chooses what actually happened.
These are starting points. You can customise the topics in your owner workspace; the customer selects what is relevant and can add their own detail.
Choose the right invitation and placement
Offer the QR on the receipt or a small table card so customers can respond in their own time. Staff can make a neutral invitation after a purchase without asking for a particular rating.
Keep one clear invitation near checkout or on a receipt. Avoid putting competing QR codes beside it. Scan the printed version from a customer’s seat and test the destination on another phone.
Questions that make the feedback useful
- Which dish or drink did you actually try?
- How was ordering, service or the wait?
- Was anything worth improving on your visit?
English, Hindi and Hinglish drafts are available. Customers can adjust the wording before copying it and decide whether to continue to your Google review destination.
What a grounded draft can look like
A smooth cappuccino. Comfortable seating. The order took about 15 minutes.
A possible edited draft
I enjoyed the smooth cappuccino and comfortable seating. Our order took about 15 minutes, so a shorter wait would make the visit better.
The example keeps the supplied positive details and the improvement together. It does not add a recommendation, service or result that was not mentioned.
Turn the feedback into a useful next step
Read lower-rated service comments alongside the positive food feedback. If wait times recur, compare periods after changing staffing or the ordering process. The dashboard describes collected feedback; a Google handoff count is a click, rather than a confirmed published review.
Ask about the experience, rather than a customer’s table companions, payment information or other private details.
For search visibility, keep your own website and Google Business Profile complete and accurate. A review draft is not a ranking guarantee.
